New York Schools Sixth graders in collaboration with APR (Agency of Parks and Recreation - Tirana Municipality) held an activity on World Environment Day near Tirana Artificial Lake. The purpose of the activity was to recognize and manifest the importance of recycling waste for preserving precious primary resources and securing the future of our planet. Students are educated about the thought of reusing, reducing, and recycling possible materials for a cleaner, richer world and in balance. The students exhibited their recycled works as well as painted recyclable bags as an awareness of the removal of plastic bags and the maximum reduction in their use.
